The **Online Referee Match Report Portal** is a secure, mobile-friendly 6-step wizard designed for match officials to submit match details, conduct ratings, administrative checklists, and player misconduct directly to the league management database.
Automated CC Confirmation: Upon successful submission, a comprehensive copy of the report is emailed directly to the League Secretary and CC'd to the referee's email address entered during Step 1.
Step-by-Step Walkthrough
1 Step 1: Match & Referee Selection
Select the fixture details to auto-populate match information:
Match Date: Select the date of the match. Only dates with scheduled fixtures are displayed.
Competition & Match: Selecting a date filters the available divisions and matches. Select the target fixture.
Referee Details: If a referee was pre-assigned to the match in the database, their name and email are automatically pre-populated. Both fields can be edited if a substitute referee officiated.
2 Step 2: Match Score & Postponements
Report the match outcome or postponement details:
Match Played: Select "Yes" to enter the Full-Time Score. Check options for Extra Time or Penalties if the match went to deciders.
Postponed: Select "No" to report a postponed fixture. Select a standard postponement reason (e.g. bad weather, pitch unplayable, away team failed to turn up).
3 Step 3: Conduct & Respect Ratings
Evaluate both teams on their conduct and compliance with the Respect Campaign. Rate the following categories on a scale of **1 (Poor)** to **10 (Excellent)**:
Home Team Officials & Spectators.
Away Team Officials & Spectators.
Half-Time Hospitality rating.
4 Step 4: Administrative Checks
Confirm administrative tasks conducted before and during the fixture:
Team Sheets: Indicate if the Home and Away team sheets were received (options: Yes before kickoff, Yes but late, No).
5 Step 5: Misconduct & Comments
Referees must record player discipline details and general comments:
Player Misconduct Form: Enter the player's name/number, select their team, and choose the offense:
Caution (Yellow Card)
Sin Bin (Temporary Dismissal for Dissent)
Sending Off (Red Card)
Interactive Listing: Added players populate the summary table instantly. Use the trash-can icon to remove an entry if typed incorrectly.
Count Summary: Cautions, Sin Bins, and Send-off counts are automatically calculated from the list.
General Comments: Provide details for any red cards, referee abuse, or general feedback.
6 Step 6: Confirm & Submit
A complete read-only summary of all data entered is displayed for validation. Double-check all details, then click **"Submit Match Report"**.
